Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package every step of the way on our courier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with your order? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached.

Contact Us
Email us at returns@blenderhub.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include your order slip inside.

Ship It Back
Drop off your parcel at any courier office. We'll cover return shipping on defective or incorrect items.

Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Common Questions
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to update the address before dispatch.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Bank processing times may vary.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Exchanges for a different size are free of charge within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.
